Detailed Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Spearhead end-to-end transformation projects from initial assessment through implementation - Develop comprehensive improvement strategies aligned with client objectives - Design and implement innovative solutions for complex operational challenges - Lead change management initiatives ensuring sustainable improvements Project Management & Delivery - Own project deliverables and ensure timely completion of milestones - Conduct detailed process mapping and identify improvement opportunities - Develop and track KPIs to measure project success - Implement robust control systems to sustain improvements - Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines Client Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels - Facilitate executive-level workshops and steering committee meetings - Present findings and recommendations to senior management - Coach client teams in problem-solving methodologies - Handle sensitive client situations with diplomacy and professionalism Team Leadership - Lead and mentor project teams including both consultants and client resources - Foster a high-performance culture within project teams - Provide regular feedback and development opportunities to team members - Manage team dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively Analysis & Solution Development - Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify improvement areas - Develop innovative solutions for complex operational problems - Create detailed implementation roadmaps - Quantify potential benefits and track realized improvements - Design and implement performance measurement systems Required Experience & Skills Professional Experience - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in: - Management consulting or - Internal improvement initiatives or - Operational excellence programs - Demonstrated track record of leading successful improvement projects - Experience in business excellence / corporate strategy preferred - Previous consulting experience highly valued Technical Competencies - Proficiency in primary research methodologies - Advanced data analysis and secondary research skills - Strong capability in data validation and verification - Excellent MS Excel based data modeling and business case development - Basic understanding of manufacturing & sales operations - Familiarity with business intelligence platforms Leadership & Soft Skills - Outstanding communication abilities across all organizational levels - Strong presentation and facilitation skills - Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority - Excellence in stakeholder management - Demonstrated ability to work in challenging environments - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Educational Requirements - Bachelor degree in Engineering/Science/Mgmt from a premier institute - Post-graduate degree in Management from a reputed institution (preferred, not a constraint for person experienced in similar field) - Exceptional academic track record - Professional certifications in relevant areas (added advantage)
