Job Summary:

Join a consulting team specializing in financial modeling and tax credit-driven project financing for the real estate sector. Focus on tax-advantaged investments (e.g., historic rehab, new market tax credits) for clients such as developers, syndicators, and institutional investors. The role involves complex financial modeling, tax structuring, and regulatory compliance with a focus on federal and state tax incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Modeling: Build and manage models using advanced techniques to optimize real estate transactions.

- Transaction Value: Maximize value for clients by structuring deals to improve ROI.

- Tax Credit Strategy: Monitor and model historic and new market tax credits, ensuring compliance and maximizing benefits.

- Client Management: Prioritize and manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in financial modeling, real estate transactions, or tax credit financing.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, Macros) and experience with Argus Enterprise.

- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
