In this role, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish managing research design, ensuring data accuracy, generating deep insights, and presenting strategic recommendations directly to senior stakeholders.

What Youll Do?
- Lead research projects end-to-end from designing the approach to delivering actionable insights.
- Work closely with global clients to understand their challenges and turn them into structured research objectives.
- Apply advanced research methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure high-quality, reliable outcomes.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations that influence client decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams and industry experts to enrich data and insights.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables ensuring quality standards are met.
- Share your expertise with junior researchers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
What Were Looking For
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience: 2-4+ years in market research, consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to engage effectively with clients.
- Project management expertise, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
