Senior Consultant/Manager - Strategic Consulting

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to support strategic consulting assignments focused on technology, policy advisory, and public sector transformation. The role requires strong capabilities in business process analysis, procurement advisory, policy documentation, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with government bodies and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Process Improvement:

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for technology and policy interventions.

- Perform AS-IS assessments to identify operational gaps and recommend Business Process Reengineering (BPR) solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Documentation & Advisory:

- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute strategic and legal documents including contracts, MoUs, ToRs, and procurement documentation.

- Prepare high-quality deliverables such as policy briefs, guidelines, DPRs, evaluation reports, and strategic presentations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

Procurement & Bid Management:

- Support end-to-end procurement processes including tender preparation, bid evaluation, vendor assessment, contract finalization, and project budgeting.

- Ensure procurement processes comply with relevant government norms and regulatory frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with government officials, technology partners, academia, and institutional stakeholders.

- Facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across stakeholders to support project implementation and outcomes.

Project Support & Delivery:

- Contribute to project planning, implementation, and monitoring of consulting engagements.

- Maintain high standards of quality, governance, and timely delivery across project outputs.

Education Qualification:

- Full-time 2-year MBA / Management degree from a recognized institution.

Preferred Experience:

- Professional experience in IT consulting, electronics, telecommunications, or e-Governance consulting.

- Exposure to public sector projects, digital transformation initiatives, or government advisory assignments.
