Strategy & Consulting Global Network (GN) Industrial Practice has deep expertise in delivering Transformation & Reinvention programs for clients. These include AI/GenAI/Agentic AI enabled Reinvention, Digital Transformation, Sales & Operations Planning, Industrial Equipment Dealer Management, Service Process Excellence, Process Automation & Digitization, Freight Logistics Software Enablement, Logistics Operations Optimization, Cost & Productivity Improvement, Transformation Value Management, Business Process Improvement, IoT and Industry Analytics

What You'll Do

- Design and support end-to-end GCC setup and expansion, including location strategy, business cases, operating models, and governance

- Define service scope, service catalogs, SLAs/KPIs, and transition roadmaps across functions

- Lead or support GCC transformation programs focused on cost optimization, productivity, and service maturity

- Drive process improvement and global process ownership (GPO) across regions

- Support operational stabilization and performance management post-transition

- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives (AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI based improvements, Lean, Six Sigma, Automation, Analytics)

- Partner with CXOs, functional leaders, and global teams on operating model and capability transformation

- Manage multi-workstream programs involving cross-functional and cross-geography stakeholders

- Support change management, communications, and adoption across global organizations

- Apply industry context from Industrial Equipment (Electrical & Mechanical) Equipment / Heavy Equipment & Earthmoving Machinery, Engineering & Manufacturing ecosystems (OEMs, dealers, suppliers) to design fit-for-purpose solutions

What We're Looking For

- Overall 6 to 14 years work experience of which atleast 5 years experience in GCC or GBS organization Greenfield Setup / Brownfield Expansion / Run phases Hands-on experience in GBS or GCC setup, operations, or transformation

- Domain exposure to Industrial Equipment (Electrical & Mechanical) Equipment / Heavy Equipment & Earthmoving Machinery, Engineering & Manufacturing

- Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track and resolve issues in time

- Strong project management skills and ability to run projects on his own

- Effective presentation and public speaking skills

- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired

- Ability to effectively team with others in a large, global organization

- Analytical skills to bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

- Manage and work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite

Your experience counts!

- MBA from Tier 1 and 2 business school

- Overall 6 to 14 years work experience of which Atleast 5 years experience in GCC or GBS organization Greenfield Setup / Brownfield Expansion / Run phases Prior experience of working on 3-5 large scale transformation and implementation delivery programs for global clients

- Experience in Industrial verticals is highly desirable
