Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) professional to lead design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end supply chain planning solutions. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP IBP modules, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders to drive planning transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations and global rollouts.

- Design and configure IBP modules:

a. IBP for Demand

b. IBP for Supply

c. IBP for Response & Supply

d. IBP for S&OP / IBP for Control Tower

- Drive Integrated Business Planning and S&OP processes across demand, supply, inventory, and finance.

- Define planning models, key figures, time profiles, planning levels, and master data.

- Configure and optimize planning operators, alerts, and simulations.

- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA / ECC / APO.

- Lead workshops, blueprinting, and solution design with business stakeholders.

- Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

- Provide strategic guidance on planning transformation and best practices.

- Mentor junior consultants and act as a solution lead.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with strong focus on SAP IBP.

- Hands-on expertise in IBP Demand, Supply, Response, S&OP.

- Strong understanding of forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and scenario planning.

- Experience with CPI-DS or SDI for IBP integrations.

- Solid understanding of master data governance and planning data models.

- Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP APO (DP, SNP) migration to IBP.

- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.

- Experience in global rollout or multi-country implementations.

- SAP IBP certification(s).

- Experience in Agile delivery models.

- Ability to translate business needs into scalable planning solutions.
