Senior Consultant - Food/Agri/FMCG Sector - Consulting Firm

We are hiring a Senior Consultant for a fast-growing consulting firm focused on the Food, Agri,FMCG, and Rural Value Chain sectors. This is a high-visibility role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior industry leaders and client stakeholders on strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead consulting engagements and complex workstreams end-to-end.

- Conduct structured problem-solving, market analysis, and business diagnostics.

- Develop hypotheses, analytical frameworks, issue trees, and strategic recommendations.

- Build robust business cases and transformation roadmaps for clients.

- Facilitate client workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality project delivery.

- Support business development through proposal creation, project scoping, and client engagement.

- Contribute to thought leadership, knowledge development, and growth initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA, CA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, or relevant industry roles.

- Exposure to Food, Agriculture, FMCG, Rural Markets, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, or related sectors is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to interpret financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.

- Understanding of operational improvement, cost optimization, and business performance enhancement.

- Experience engaging with senior leadership and managing client relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
