Senior Consultant - Direct Tax - CA/CS

Job Description:

Location: Hyderabad

Required Skillset :

- Experience and knowledge in direct tax, mobility, immigration, social security compliance and advisory.

- Candidates should be well versed with Labour law advisory and compliance services - This is good to have not a must have.

- These candidates should have experience in litigation support for individuals.

- Required experience in HNI's - High Net Worth Individuals.

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

Required Qualification :

- Qualified CA/CS is preferred with extensive experience into Tax litigation and Compliance

- Required minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

- Candidate should be proficient both in written and verbal communication

TAX - PAS - Mobility Core :

Your key responsibilities:

- Assist seniors in replying to queries raised by clients on tax matters (wherein issues may range from capital gains, tax payments, preparation of return of income, etc.), labour laws (existing laws and new labour codes) and immigration

- Undertaking technical research on income-tax and labour law provisions impacting the clients and/ or their employees;

- Preparing submissions in relation to assessment and appellate proceedings in the case of clients and support seniors in representation before the income-tax authorities;

- Appearing before the income-tax authorities on routine matters concerning the clients

- Support in handling administrative responsibilities for clients allocated to you such as engagement letters, internal QRM, filing of client papers, billing follow-up, etc.
