Senior Consultant/Deputy Manager/AVP - Financial Due Diligence

Key Responsibilities / Job Description:

- Summarizing and analysing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earnings, quality of net assets, etc

- Performing analysis of financial and operational information, including an analysis of key performance indicators, historical trends, business drivers, and operating metrics,

- Benchmarking of business performance with industry peers' evaluation of commercial legal aspects that drive deals.

- Analysing forecast financial information and projections to evaluate the appropriateness of assumptions utilized for the preparation of the model.

- Preparing Excel data books analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, networking capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts, etc.

- Building relationships with clients across the globe and developing open communication channels

Pre-requisites:

- CA/MBA/ CFA with 0-8 years of post-qualification experience

- Currently working on financial due diligence projects

- Strong experience in the areas of financial statements, MS-Excel skills, and ability to manage large data sets are mandatory.

- Preparing Excel data books analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities, networking capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
