
Sr Con - Customer Analytics
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on customer retail datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Conduct exploratory, descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative analyses on large sets of retail customer data.
- Perform statistical analysis to derive meaningful insights; have an analytical mindset and work with customer datasets, demonstrating a deep understanding of retail customer behaviour and preferences.
- Strong experience with post campaign analysis, with an ability to generate meaningful insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Strong PPT & Excel skills to create visually engaging presentations that convey complex findings in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify data driven opportunities for business improvement.
Qualifications:
1. MBA in a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail environment.
2. Expert in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis.
3. Expertise in exploratory and descriptive analysis techniques, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
4. Prior experience in campaign analytics, with a focus on optimizing marketing efforts. Familiarity with customer datasets and understanding of retail customer behaviour.
5. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex data findings to diverse audiences.
6. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
7. Proven ability to drive insights from data to enhance business strategies.
8. Additional Preferred Qualification: Experience in predictive analytics and forecasting. Knowledge of machine learning techniques applicable to retail analytics. Familiarity with data visualization tools.
