Role Description:
- This is a full-time remote role for a Consultant/Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Operations team. The Consultant/Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing analytical insights, communication, and expertise in consulting and management consulting.
- They will work closely with clients to develop strategies, optimize operations, and provide tailored consulting services. The Consultant/Senior Consultant will also contribute to project management and operational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Analysis:
- Analyse internal and external factors affecting the client's business.
- Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and industry trend analysis.
2. Strategic Planning:
- Develop customized strategies and operational plans to meet client-specific goals.
- Create strategic frameworks, objectives, and action plans to improve operations.
3. Strategy Development:
- Formulate comprehensive and customized strategic plans to achieve client-specific goals.
- Develop strategic frameworks, objectives, and action plans.
4. Operational Analysis:
- Analyse current business operations, workflows, and processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
5. Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.
- Implement performance measurement and reporting systems.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Streamline workflows and recommend changes to optimize operations.
7. Change Management:
- Assist in the implementation of operational changes and process enhancements.
- Manage resistance to change and ensure smooth transitions.
8. Project Scoping: Ascertain the scope, objectives, and deliverables for every consulting assignment, ensuring that client expectations are accurately defined and met.
9. Client Engagement: Manage engagements spanning diverse functions and sectors.
10. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful accomplishment of project milestones.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of core management consulting experience.
- Strong background in strategy development and operations transformation across multiple sectors.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Prior experience working with a Management Consulting Firm in their Strategy & Ops practices is highly preferred.
