Role Overview:

As a Sr Consultant/Consultant/Jr Engagement Manager/Engagement Manager, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, working directly with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and client stakeholders to analyze business problems, formulate strategic recommendations, and drive impactful change. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for clients.

- Develop comprehensive financial models and business cases to evaluate the feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives.

- Facilitate client workshops and interviews to gather insights and build consensus around key recommendations.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

- Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional development and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development.

- Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex business problems using analytical frameworks.

- Proven experience in conducting market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
