Senior Consultant - Business Excellence - Manufacturing & Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Senior Consultants to drive high-impact transformation projects across manufacturing and operations. The role involves end-to-end project execution, working closely with client leadership to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost, quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative):

- Lead delivery of consulting projects in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Productivity Improvement, Cost Reduction, Manpower Optimization, Shopfloor Transformation, and Quality Improvement

- Diagnose problems and implement solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality tools

- Develop process maps (VSM, Swimlanes), conduct root-cause analysis, and drive execution

- Manage client stakeholders including CXOs, Plant Heads, and Functional Leaders

- Conduct workshops and build client capability for sustained improvements

- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, scope, and budget

Desired Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in consulting / manufacturing / operations

- Minimum 3+ years in project management

- Hands-on experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Quality tools

- Exposure to frameworks like Malcolm Baldrige, EFQM, Juran

- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and execution skills

- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities

Qualifications:

- Engineering from reputed institute (preferred)

- MBA / PGDM from reputed institute (preferred)

- Lean / Six Sigma Certification (Green/Black Belt preferred)
