Senior Consultant - Business Analyst - Real Estate Industry

Job Title: Senior Consultant Business Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst (Senior Consultant) with strong domain knowledge in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) to drive business analysis, digital transformation, and solution delivery across leasing, asset management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from real estate stakeholders (leasing, asset, facility, finance teams).

- Analyze and improve business processes across property lifecycle.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.

- Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams to deliver system enhancements or new solutions.

- Support CRE platform implementations (Yardi, MRI, SAP REFX, etc.

- Conduct UAT, data validation, and end-user training.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with focus on Commercial Real Estate or Property Technology.

- Strong understanding of leasing, rent rolls, property management, and asset lifecycle.

- Hands-on with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.

- Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, SAP REFX, or similar CRE systems.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
