Job Description : We are seeking a Senior Consultant/Associate Manager to drive success in tech sales within the recruitment industry. This role in Mumbai requires expertise in B2B Tech sales, consultancy, strategy, and change management to achieve business goals effectively.

Description:
- Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
- Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events
- Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different Page Group brands and functions
- Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market
- Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities
- Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients
- Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer
- Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
- Proven expertise in tech sales within the recruitment or business services industry.
- Strong understanding of consultancy, strategy, and change management principles.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and creating actionable strategies.
