
Position: Senior Consultant/AVP - Strategy (Consumer)

About the Role:
We are looking for professionals to join our GTM Strategy practice in the Consumer sector. The role focuses on helping FMCG, Retail, and Consumer businesses accelerate revenue growth, optimize channel performance, and unlock efficiencies across the value chain. You will work on pre-deal and post-deal situations, supporting clients in market entry, pricing, trade optimization, and sales acceleration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive GTM consulting projects across market entry, channel design, pricing, promotions, and distributor management.
- Conduct data-led value creation analysis (P&L, sales registers, working capital) to identify revenue and margin drivers.
- Perform consumer segmentation, market sizing, and competitive benchmarking to assess growth opportunities.
- Support design and execution of product launch roadmaps and trade optimization strategies.
- Develop financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options.
- Collaborate with senior consultants on client deliverables and contribute to proposals and business development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute, preferably with specialization in Marketing, Economics, or Management.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in GTM strategy, commercial due diligence, or consumer-focused consulting.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to consumer sectors such as FMCG, Retail, D2C, or E-commerce.
- Ability to interpret financials (P&L, Balance Sheet) to derive commercial insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
