Background: Investment Banking with Indian client exposure

About the Role

The Corporate Finance team advises large and mid-sized corporates on M&A, PE fundraising, and valuations, managing transactions end-to-end from strategy to execution. The role is client-facing and involves handling assignments independently under senior supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client assignments with full execution responsibility

- Conduct financial/operational analysis to suggest strategic options (JV, acquisitions, divestitures)

- Prepare and deliver pitch presentations; drive client/PE coverage

- Execute fundraising / M&A mandates and build a strong deal pipeline

- Perform financial modeling and valuations; track industry and regulatory trends

Candidate Profile

- Sr. Consultant: 3+ yrs | AVP: 5+ yrs relevant experience

- Strong track record of completed M&A / PE transactions in India

- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, PowerPoint, and valuations

- Strong business acumen, problem-solving and client management skills

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
