Senior Consultant - Accounting Advisory

Senior Consultant Accounting Advisory.

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon.

Experience: 3-5 Years (Post Qualification).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accounting advisory services on US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind-AS.

- Prepare and review financial statements and regulatory filings.

- Support capital market, SPAC, M&A, restructuring, and transaction accounting engagements.

- Lead GAAP conversion and implementation of new accounting standards.

- Draft accounting policies and technical accounting memorandums.

- Manage client engagements and mentor junior team members.

- Deliver technical training on accounting and financial reporting.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS / Ind-AS.

- Financial Reporting & Consolidation.

- Technical Accounting Advisory.

- SEC/SEBI Reporting.

- GAAP Conversions.

- Transaction Accounting (M&A, Carve-outs, Restructuring).

Qualifications:

- CA / US CPA / ACCA.

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.

- Minimum 2 years of Accounting Advisory experience, preferably with a Big 4 or leading consulting firm.
