Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Process Management & Planning :
- Define, organize, and lead the statutory consolidation process in coordination with Accounting, Group Controlling, Tax, and Treasury teams.
- Plan closing operations (schedule preparation, monitoring, alerts).
- Prepare and distribute instructions to subsidiaries (calendars, key focus areas).
- Draft and update group procedures and methodologies.
2. Production of Consolidated Accounts (IFRS) :
- Ensure the production of the Group's consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Manage the consolidation of Group accounts during monthly and annual closings.
- Calculate and monitor consolidation entries, specifically regarding external growth operations (M&A).
- Supervise the intercompany reconciliation process.
- Conduct methodical monthly reviews of transverse analyses (Working Capital, Cash Flow, Equity, Tax Proof, etc.).
- Coordinate the preparation of semi-annual and annual Group publications.
- Collaborate with and support the M&A and Corporate Development departments.
3. Audit & Internal Control :
- Perform necessary controls to ensure data reliability and maintain a robust internal control environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for External Auditors.
Education/qualification :
- A Qualified Chartered Accountant CA
- Knowledge of financial regulations and general tax compliance principles.
- Working knowledge of IFRS
