Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to drive compensation strategy, market benchmarking, salary structures, and pay recommendations across India, US, and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive compensation strategy, market benchmarking, salary structures, and pay recommendations
- Strong exposure to Technology and Engineering roles
- Experience in Job Architecture, Job Evaluation, and Salary Band Design
- Strong knowledge of Compensation Benchmarking and Survey Data
- Advanced Excel, financial modelling, and scenario analysis
- Experience with Internal Equity, Pay Positioning, and Salary Reviews
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years in Compensation / Market and Rate Analysis
