Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations across the organization.

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards and statutory requirements.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis for effective business decision-making.

- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory obligations.

- Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and fund utilization to maintain financial efficiency.

- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.

- Prepare MIS reports, profitability analysis, business performance reports, and financial dashboards for senior management.

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and financial closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.

- Support strategic initiatives such as business expansion, investment analysis, cost optimization, and risk management.

- Lead ERP implementation, finance process automation, and system improvement initiatives.

- Mentor and supervise finance team members to ensure productivity, compliance, and continuous development.
