The Senior Channel Manager EC will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our e-commerce channel performance in India. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in channel management, who can build strong relationships and drive growth through innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth in the e-commerce sector.
- Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders to optimize channel performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align channel initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor and report on channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct training and support for channel partners to ensure effective product promotion and sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience in channel management or related field, preferably within e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Proven track record in managing and developing partner relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
