Senior Category Manager - eCommerce/Quick Commerce/Retail

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Category Manager (Home & Cleaning) to lead strategy, planning, and growth for one of our fastest-growing categories.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution excellence to drive category profitability and consumer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the P&L for the Home & Cleaning category.

- Develop and execute the category strategy to drive growth and market share.

- Identify consumer trends and insights to improve product offerings.

- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, brand, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Lead new product launches and promotional campaigns.

- Negotiate with vendors and partners to drive competitive pricing and margins.

Requirements

- 5-8 years of proven experience in Category Management.

- Prior experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Retail is a must.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

- Passion for Home & Cleaning categories with a consumer-first mindset.
