
Description:
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from planning and setup to execution, tracking, and performance reporting on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Manage marketing projects from concept to delivery ensuring timelines, quality, and business expectations are consistently met.
- Ensure smooth transition and coordination of marketing tasks across internal teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce & others) and data management tools to handle large datasets and ensure accurate audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with creative, design, copywriting, and project management teams to deliver compelling and effective campaigns.
- Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders based on campaign insights, customer data, and market trends.
- Maintain high-quality standards and ensure that all campaign outputs adhere to brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancement of campaign workflows.
- Support onboarding and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and skill-building support.
- Engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders, explaining campaign strategies, performance metrics, and next steps.
