What You'll Do
As a Senior Buyer Experience professional, you'll drive the buyer-facing side of our marketplace, owning key metrics and customer outcomes in your assigned micromarket.
1. Lead buyer acquisition and retention in your micromarket by managing conversion funnels and NPS metrics, while guiding customers through their journey and escalating issues proactively
2. Own the full listing lifecycle, from ensuring properties are market-ready to building a consistent lead pipeline and maintaining a healthy inventory of opportunities
3. Build and scale your customer base through strategic CRM management, segmentation, and relationship-building that drives repeat engagement and referrals
4. Partner cross-functionally with growth, partnerships, and product teams to identify bottlenecks, test buyer-side improvements, and scale successful initiatives
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience & Track Record
1. 3+ years in a customer-facing sales, account management, or revenue-driving role with demonstrated excellence in your previous role, academics, or other achievements
2. Proven ability to manage and grow a customer/partnership base independently
3. Track record of hitting metrics (conversions, retention, NPS, or similar customer health indicators)
