Role Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Reporting To: Head HRBP / CHRO

Role Objective:
To act as a strategic partner to business units, driving the people agenda aligned with organizational goals. The HRBP will ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, enhance capability development, and support talent management across the assigned business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to design and deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, learning, and exit processes.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, talent review, and succession planning.
- Facilitate annual performance review and compensation processes for respective business units.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and implement capability-building programs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and drive culture-building interventions.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, productivity) and recommend actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory HR requirements.
- Serve as a change agent for HR transformation and digital initiatives within the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
Experience: 710 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in BFSI, NBFC, or financial services industry.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with proven ability to align people strategy to business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to talent management, performance management, and employee engagement frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with HR metrics and dashboards.
- High integrity, empathy, and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools (SAP SuccessFactors/Workday), and reporting.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Prior HRBP experience in a mid/large-scale financial services or NBFC setup.
- Hands-on exposure to performance and talent management cycles.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
