Senior Business Manager - Client Growth & Revenue - Outdoor Advertising/OOH - South Region

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager to drive account growth and business expansion across the South region.

This is a high-visibility role that combines client servicing, business development, and execution excellence within the Outdoor (OOH) advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with leadership to strengthen client relationships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow key client accounts across the South region

- Drive revenue growth through account expansion, upselling, and new opportunities

- Translate client briefs into effective Outdoor (OOH) media solutions in collaboration with planning and operations teams

- Ensure seamless campaign execution, timelines, and high-quality delivery

- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

- Support new business pitches and contribute to regional business growth

- Manage commercials, pricing, and negotiations to ensure profitability

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution and delivery

- Mentor and guide junior team members to build capability and ownership

Must-Have Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH) / Media agencies / OOH specialists

- Strong understanding of OOH formats billboards, transit media, street furniture, etc.

- Proven experience in key account management and client servicing

- Exposure to business development / account growth / upselling

- Strong understanding of OOH pricing, negotiations, and campaign profitability

- Ability to translate client requirements into practical, scalable outdoor solutions

- Experience working across South Indian markets (Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi)

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

- MBA / background in Marketing, Advertising, or Mass Communication

- Experience working with leading brands or large-scale campaigns
