The Senior Business Development Manager (US Market) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the US market. This role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and presenting tailored IT solutions to meet those needs. The individual will collaborate closely with the presales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful client acquisition and satisfaction. This role will directly impact Talent Pro's expansion and market share in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the US market.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations, understanding their business challenges and IT requirements.
- Present compelling solutions and proposals that address client needs, leveraging Talent Pro's service offerings and expertise.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with the presales team to develop customized solutions and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the US IT market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, including staffing, consulting, and project-based offerings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in corporate sales, solutions sales, and presales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT Sales, Solutions Sales, Corporate Sales, Presales, B2B Sales.
