
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with a strong "hunter" mindset, deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions, and an established network across mid to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development across enterprise and mid-market segments in the U.S. region.
- Leverage an existing network of clients and industry connections to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
- Work closely with senior management to define strategic priorities, market positioning, and client engagement plans.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions with prospects to understand business challenges and align suitable technology solutions.
- Participate in presales activities, including client calls, solution presentations, proposal creation, and RFP responses.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead end-to-end client engagement - from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and solution teams to design customized value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and align sales strategy accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and executive-level pitches.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation within CRM systems.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Information Technology (MBA preferred).
Loc : Hyd or Gurgaon (5pm to 2am) Shift
Experience & Skills:
- 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise technology sales, focusing on IT services such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI, Managed Services, OR Cybersecurity.
- Proven success in hunter sales roles, consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets.
- Experience in consulting and presales activities - developing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and presenting tailored solutions.
