- Lead and mentor sales managers & on-ground teams
- Achieve weekly, monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Build strategies to expand business in assigned territory
- Handle client relationships, escalations & negotiations
- Drive sales training, reporting & performance reviews
- Represent company at industry events & conferences
