About the Opportunity:

- In this role, you'll be at the center of India's evolving circular economy - working with thermal power plants, logistics providers, and end-use industries (cement, construction, and brick manufacturing) to create a more efficient ash management ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

Grow the Business:

- Identify new opportunities in fly ash trading, transportation, and disposal with both government and private power plants.

- Build lasting relationships with ash management teams at major thermal power plants.

- Develop and maintain a vibrant network of ash generators and consumers - from NTPC to local cement and construction firms.

Lead the Tendering Game:

- Take charge of EOI, RFP, and RFQ processes - from bid prep to final submission.

- Prepare commercial proposals, cost models, and feasibility reports that win contracts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, compliant, and competitive proposals.

Keep Operations Flowing:

- Plan and manage end-to-end ash evacuation through road or rail.

- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective deliveries.

- Solve on-ground issues proactively and ensure projects run like clockwork.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

- Track policy shifts, market prices, and sustainability trends across MoEF, CPCB, and CEA guidelines.

- Provide regular insights to management on business pipelines, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.

- Explore partnerships that bring innovation and efficiency to our fly ash ecosystem.

What You Bring to the Table:

- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Logistics / Environmental Science.

- MBA or Post graduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Environmental Management is a plus.

- 5+ years of solid experience in ash disposal, trading, logistics, or power plant waste management.

- Strong connects within thermal power plants (especially in Tamil Nadu and neighboring states).

- Knowledge of environmental and ash utilization regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with MS Office and e-tendering portals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Worked with cement, construction, or logistics companies handling fly ash movement.

- Hands-on exposure to government/PSU tendering (TANGEDCO, NTPC, SEBs).

- Understanding of thermal power plant operations and ash handling systems.
