Senior Business Development Manager/Feasibility Strategy Lead - Real Estate Investments

Role Overview:

This strategic role involves working closely with the Head Business Development to drive feasibility analysis, acquisition evaluation, and investment strategy. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes tasks under tight timelines. This position offers direct exposure to senior management and diverse challenges across real estate development.

Key Responsibilities:

Feasibility & Presentation:

- Screen property proposals and FSI statements; prepare feasibility reports

- Interpret ownership documents and DCPR 2034 schemes

- Build cash flow models (Area/Revenue Share/Outright) to assess project viability

- Prepare investment pitches, IMs, and presentations for PE/NBFC/Bank/Internal stakeholders

- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs for financial models

Deal Diligence & Documentation:

- Support legal and technical due diligence

- Review transaction documents: DA, PAAA, Conveyance, Term Sheets, MoUs, PoAs, etc.

Research & Market Intelligence:

- Track residential/commercial market trends via primary and secondary research

- Generate micro-market intelligence reports

- Monitor tenders, public notices, and industry news

Other Activities:

- Liaise with PMCs, brokers, society committees

- Attend pre-bid meetings, prepare MOMs, and assist in society presentations

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/CA with 10-15 years in BD/Strategy roles in real estate, IB, PE, IPC, or KPO

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- High integrity, self-motivated, and excellent time management
