Key Responsibilities:
High-Value Client Acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and secure large-scale event orders from diverse sectors including corporates, government departments, educational institutions, and private clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client requirements and company goals.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions.
Business Growth:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proactively explore and identify new business opportunities to increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine sales approaches and strategies.
Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Amravati region and neighboring areas.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand business presence and drive revenue growth.
Team Coordination:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (event planners, logistics, catering, decoration, entertainment) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate with various departments to deliver comprehensive event solutions that meet client expectations.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
- Offer clients a full suite of event services including catering, decoration, entertainment, sponsorships, and other value-added services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, enhancing client satisfaction and increasing business profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in Event Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong track record of acquiring high-value clients and managing complex sales cycles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of event management processes and the event services ecosystem.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong market analysis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the Amravati region and surrounding areas as required.
