Senior Business Consulting Leader - Semiconductor Transformation - Strategy Consulting

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior Business Consulting / Transformation Leader with deep, hands-on experience in the Semiconductor industry.

Key Skills:

- 25+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Strategy, and Transformation

- Senior leadership experience at Partner, Managing Director, or Practice Leader level

- Strong, hands-on exposure to the Semiconductor value chain

- Experience across Semiconductor Manufacturing, Fab, Foundry, Fabless, Wafer, OSAT/ATMP, Chip Design, Packaging, and Testing

- Strong understanding of Fab economics, CAPEX/OPEX, yield, manufacturing operations, and semiconductor supply chain

- Proven experience in Cost Transformation, Operating Model, Supply Chain, M&A/PMI, Value Creation, and Growth Strategy

- Strong C-suite and Board-level advisory experience

- Demonstrated ability to originate, shape, and close large transformation engagements

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic business transformation engagements for Technology and Semiconductor clients.

- Drive end-to-end transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization.

- Originate and build a strong pipeline of large transformation opportunities.

- Identify client challenges and develop value-led transformation propositions.

- Advise CXOs and Board-level stakeholders on business strategy, operating models, and transformation.

- Lead cost transformation, profitability improvement, and productivity initiatives.

- Drive operating model, organization, and process transformation.

- Support M&A, PMI, carve-outs, and value creation programs.

- Lead semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing transformation initiatives.

- Develop solutions around fab economics, capacity, yield, manufacturing cost, and operational efficiency.

- Build and manage strategic client relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem.

- Shape and close large, complex consulting engagements with cross-functional teams.

- Develop sector-specific offerings, frameworks, playbooks, and thought leadership for the Semiconductor industry.

- Collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Digital teams to deliver integrated transformation solutions.
