About the Role:

A well-established and growing multi-brand restaurant & QSR group is hiring a senior business leader to drive revenue growth, P&L performance, and expansion across its chain brands.

This role carries end-to-end ownership of top-line growth, branch profitability, sales channels, and scale-up strategy, working closely with the MD, CFO, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & P&L Ownership:

- Drive branch-wise top-line growth across existing outlets

- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue planning and delivery

- Lead daily and monthly P&L performance, ensuring management-level targets are achieved

- Identify and unlock revenue upside from underperforming outlets

Sales Channels & Growth:

- Plan and manage multiple sales channels including dine-in, delivery, corporate, catering, franchise, and other institutional channels

- Strengthen online and offline sales performance across branches

- Develop revenue growth propositions for corporate, institutional, and government-linked channels

Strategy & Execution:

- Lead day-to-day strategy formulation and execution across all brands

- Deliver data-driven strategy solutions with strong analytical rigor

- Track KPIs and work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to improve outcomes

Expansion & Scale:

- Lead QSR and restaurant expansion from concept planning to launch and growth stage

- Support new outlet rollouts and new QSR format launches already in the pipeline

- Oversee franchisee openings, performance, and revenue generation

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Work as a strategic partner to the MD and senior leadership

- Align revenue, operations, marketing, and finance toward common growth goals

- Bring execution discipline across a fast-growing, multi-brand environment

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in Restaurants / QSR / Casual Dining

- Proven leadership experience in chain brand environments

- Strong track record of revenue growth and scale-up

- Hands-on experience with multi-unit P&L ownership

- Exposure to franchise-led growth models preferred

- Highly data-driven, commercially sharp, and execution-focused

- Experience handling both online and offline sales channels

- Comfortable operating at a senior leadership level
