Senior Business Analyst - Uipath

The Opportunity You will join our Delivery team as a Senior Business Analyst, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

While your journey begins with a high-impact technical migration, your role is designed to evolve.

You will grow into a strategic partner, enabling clients harness AI and Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.

- Conduct deep-dive As-Is" analysis to design optimized To-Be" states, ensuring processes are not just automated, but architected for peak efficiency.

- Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs) to ensure absolute logic clarity and traceability.

- Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation to ensure alignment between business intent and technical output.

- Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps, evolving from tactical delivery to high-level AI and automation strategy.

- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including IDP, and Process Mining, to move clients toward autonomous, agentic ecosystems.

Must Have:

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a dedicated focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (e., UiPath), or AI-driven application engineering.

- Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, with the ability to design workflows that incorporate LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.

- Hands-on experience utilizing data-driven Process Mining or Task Mining platforms (e., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) beyond traditional manual mapping.

- Knowledge of the Core banking systems: FIS, Arthur, Jack Henry, Archer

- Demonstrable expertise in authoring rigorous PDDs and collaborating on SDDs with strict traceability.

- Strong track record operating within Agile frameworks, serving as the definitive translation layer between executive business stakeholders and technical engineering pods.

Strong Plus:

UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).

Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
