Senior Business Analyst - Techno Functional/GenAI

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise to lead requirement discovery, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

This role also involves leveraging GenAI-powered tools to accelerate documentation, solution exploration, and UI ideation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement discovery and analysis sessions with business and technical stakeholders

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, technical requirements, and solution designs

- Act as a techno-functional liaison between business, design, and engineering teams

- Leverage GenAI tools for UI ideation, documentation, and solution exploration

- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and design scalable solutions

- Drive end-to-end solutioning, from requirement gathering to delivery support

- Review solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards

- Support pre-sales discussions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Solution Consulting

- Strong techno-functional expertise across enterprise systems

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications

- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools for productivity and documentation

- Familiarity with tools such as Cursor and Claude for UI prototyping and requirement drafting

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities
