Job Title: Senior Business Analyst -Static Data & Parameters ,Temenos T24

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in T24 Core Banking, particularly in static data management and parameter configuration.

- The role demands strong technical and functional knowledge, enabling seamless integration of business requirements into T24 systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for T24 static data, parameters, and system configurations across multiple modules (GL, Retail Banking, Treasury, Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance, etc.

- Analyze, document, and translate complex business requirements into T24 functional specifications, including data mappings, workflows, and parameter setups.

- Partner with business stakeholders, T24 developers, and QA teams to implement static data changes and parameter enhancements.

- Perform impact analysis for system changes, ensuring data integrity, risk mitigation, and alignment with operational processes.

- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for static data updates, new product implementations, and system releases.

- Monitor, validate, and reconcile T24 static data and parameters to maintain accuracy and consistency across modules.

- Define and enforce best practices, data governance policies, and process improvement initiatives for T24 static data management.

- Provide training, guidance, and documentation to business and operations teams on T24 data and configuration processes.

- Collaborate with IT and project teams during system upgrades, patches, and data migrations to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualification & Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5 + years of experience in banking IT with hands-on T24 Core Banking exposure, particularly static data and parameters.

- Deep understanding of T24 modules: GL, Loans, Deposits, Treasury, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding, Channels, etc.

- Strong experience in data mapping, reconciliation, data validation, and reporting within T24.

- Proficiency in T24 configuration tools, parameter setups, and static data maintenance.

- Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS, AML/KYC).

- Experience in data migration projects, system upgrades, and integration initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology is highly desirable.

- Ability to work on-site in Singapore and liaise with global teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to multiple T24 releases and core banking implementations.

- Knowledge of T24 reporting, workflow, and automation tools.

- Expertise in identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and implementing operational efficiencies.
