Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to lead requirement gathering, solution design, and multi-cloud Salesforce implementations across global teams. The ideal candidate must have deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other SF modules, and strong business-process mapping capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.
Salesforce Solution Design:
- Work closely with Salesforce architects, admins, and developers to design scalable solutions.
- Define configuration requirements, data models, automations, validation rules, flows, and integrations.
- Support complex CRM functionalities such as Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, case management, omnichannel workflows, etc.
Project & Sprint Coordination:
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release management.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and IT teams.
Documentation & Testing:
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and training documents.
- Support UAT, test case creation, scenario validation, and defect resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary bridge between business and technical teams.
- Conduct demos, training sessions, and post-go-live support activities.
- Ensure solution adherence to global governance, compliance, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years' experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in enterprise environments).
- Mandatory Salesforce functional experience Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or other clouds.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, Lead Opportunity Quote Order Billing processes.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into Salesforce configurations.
- Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, MS Visio.
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, Sales Cloud, CPQ) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects across locations/time zones.
