Senior Business Analyst - Retail/eCommerce/FMCG - Analytics Consulting Firm

We are hiring Business Analysts for a fast-growing analytics consulting firm based in Bangalore, working with leading clients across Retail, E-commerce, and FMCG sectors.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests to support data-driven decision-making

- Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing business metrics

- Solid domain understanding of Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG industries

- Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Hard Skills Required:

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

- Hands-on experience with A/B Testing (experiment design, hypothesis testing, and result interpretation)

- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting

- Domain experience in Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG industries

- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable business insights

Candidate profile:

- 4-7 years of relevant experience in analytics or business analysis roles

- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10-15 days preferred

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
