Senior Business Analyst - Manufacturing Process - ERP Systems

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and supply chain workflows.

- This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in Manufacturing processes, can bridge business needs and technology solutions, while engaging confidently with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing or industrial domains.

- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), MES, and supply chain systems.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client- facing communication skills.

- Ability to engage with CXOs and senior leadership, driving business cases into actionable solutions.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and documentation.

- Experience in data- driven decision making and exposure to AI/automation projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with stakeholders to analyze manufacturing workflows, ERP systems, and supply chain processes.

- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and solution roadmaps.

- Lead workshops with cross- functional teams to identify gaps, opportunities, and process improvements.

- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and strategic goals.

- Provide thought leadership in digital transformation initiatives, including automation and AI adoption in manufacturing.
