Responsibilities:

- Gather, document and translate business requirements into functional specifications across SAP, CRM and HRMS/COTS platforms.

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flow diagrams and functional design documents.

- Define user stories, RACI and acceptance criteria with Project Managers and Solution Architects.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis between business processes and standard platform capabilities.

- Identify gaps, risks and configuration/customisation requirements.

- Facilitate requirement workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

- Prioritise requirements using MoSCoW / Eisenhower Matrix.

- Support UAT planning, test case design, issue triaging and resolution.

- Track project deliverables, timelines, documentation and sign-offs.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, IT teams and business stakeholders to support timely project delivery.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Around 10 years of Business Analyst experience.

- Hands-on experience with SAP, CRM, HRMS or similar COTS platforms.

- Strong experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, functional specifications and process mapping.

- Experience in fit-gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria and UAT.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

- Experience with projects of 2 Cr+ value and 6+ months duration.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio or similar documentation tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Must have at least one certification: CBAP / CCBA / Agile-Scrum / Six Sigma.
