Senior Business Analyst (Remote EMEA).

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Hourly Contract (Flexible).

Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in the EMEA region).

Job Summary:.

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our remote team.

- The ideal candidate will drive business performance by identifying opportunities, gathering requirements, streamlining operations, and facilitating strategic initiatives.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the EMEA region to support decision-making and deliver high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and technical requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.

- Create detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams.

- Support product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support strategic planning.

- Lead or support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and change management activities.

- Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Generate insights through data analysis and reporting, using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.

- Drive workshops, meetings, and presentations with internal teams and external partners.

Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote, agile environment.

Qualifications:.

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a global or remote environment.

- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or SQL.
