Looking for Business Analyst basically from healthcare insurance domain.
P&C , Property and Casualty insurance, Life, Health, etc.
Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to insurance platforms such as: Life/Asia, Integral, Life/400.
(This is good to have).
Person should have good experience in dealing with stakeholders , management and customers.
Experience in risk management , impact analysis and gap analysis.
The person will closely work with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation willingness to travel.
Familarity with agile and water fall methodologies.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector (life insurance preferred) (P&C, Life, Health, etc.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
- Support testing and user acceptance phases by defining test scenarios and assisting with validation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional meetings.
