Senior Business Analyst - HSE/Ports & Maritime Domain

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong HSE/QHSE domain expertise to help shape next-generation safety and operational solutions for the Ports & Maritime industry.

This is a high-visibility role where you will work closely with global clients, product leaders, and AI/ML teams to transform safety performance through enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive requirement discovery, gap analysis, and functional solution design

- Collaborate with global Ports & Terminal stakeholders and product teams

- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications (FRDs/User Stories)

- Support product strategy and feature conceptualization

- Lead UAT coordination, client workshops, and go-live activities

- Enable successful adoption through client training and functional support

- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and delivery teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

- 3+ years domain experience in:

- Ports / Container Terminals / Shipping / Maritime

OR

- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE / QHSE)

- Hands-on experience with HSE/QHSE software or enterprise applications

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience

- Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation & functional delivery

- Comfortable with onsite client interaction and global collaboration

- Excellent communication & presentation skills

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to ERP or enterprise product implementations

- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems & compliance frameworks

- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 45001 / 9001 / 14001)

- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent HSE certifications (good to have)
