Senior Business Analyst - HFT & Trading Solutions

About the Role:

A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive High Frequency Trading (HFT) client onboarding, product implementation, and project delivery. The role involves collaborating with business, technology, risk, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, solution design, and successful product delivery within the Indian Capital Markets ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of HFT clients.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.

- Coordinate with technology, infrastructure, and risk teams to deliver client-specific trading solutions.

- Drive project execution, testing, exchange certifications, and successful Go-Live.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technology teams.

- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 6-14 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets.

- Strong understanding of Equities, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, and Commodities.

- Hands-on exposure to High Frequency Trading, Order Management, and Risk Management.

- Experience preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, and project documentation.

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Willing to work onsite from Mumbai.

Strict Exclusions:

- Candidates without High Frequency Trading or Capital Markets experience.

- Candidates from purely functional Business Analyst roles without project ownership.

- Candidates without experience in Indian exchange or trading environments.
