Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - FXPM (Foreign Exchange & Payments)

About the Role:

- We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to join our global FX & Payments (FXPM) team.

- This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with international financial regulations.

- You will collaborate with cross-border teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to optimize foreign exchange and payment operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in FX, Treasury, or Payment domains.

- Strong knowledge of foreign exchange operations, cross-border payments, and multi-currency settlement.

- Hands-on experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e. , BPMN, UML, JIRA, Confluence).

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with global teams and senior management.

- Knowledge of international financial regulations and compliance frameworks.

- Develop comprehensive documentation, including, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Wireframes and process flows

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in digital banking platforms, SWIFT messaging, and payment gateway integration.

- Prior exposure to global projects involving multi-currency FX, hedging, or treasury operations.

- Professional certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are a plus.
