Senior Business Analyst - ERP Solutions & Process Optimization

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across ERP modules

- Convert requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs

- Act as a bridge between customers, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure aligned ERP solutions

- Support solution validation through customer demos, UAT, and continuous stakeholder engagement

- Manage change requests, enhancements, and process improvements

- Ensure successful and high-quality ERP implementations and customer satisfaction

Experience & Skills:

- 5-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or enterprise application environments

- Hands-on experience in ERP implementations or pre-sales engagements

- Odoo ERP experience preferred

- Domain exposure to Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, CRM, or HR

- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
