Senior Business Analyst/ Associate Product Owner - Fixed Income Products - Remote

Role : Associate Product Owner/ Senior Business Analyst

Key Requirements :

- 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years of experience in Asset Management, specifically within Fixed Income domain.

- Strong understanding of Fixed Income Trade Lifecycle, including trade capture, settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade processes.

- Working closely with Investment Teams, Portfolio Managers, Traders, and other front-office stakeholders.

- Oversee JIRA and Confluence for backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.

- Write queries, analyze datasets, investigate issues, and support data-driven decision making.Strong SQL skills

- Managing projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, delivery coordination, UAT support, and production rollout.

- Work independently as an Associate Product Owner, owning backlog prioritization, requirement clarification, and delivery execution.

- Exposure to team leadership or mentoring responsibilities, with the ability to coordinate and guide team members when required.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI, data analytics, or intelligent automation initiatives would be a strong advantage.
