Role: Senior Business Analyst

Industry: Ride-hailing / Mobility Tech

Function: Analytics / Business Analytics

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 4 -7 Years

Work Mode: Onsite | 5 Days

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large datasets from databases and APIs (Mongo, Presto, REST, etc.)

- Strong hands-on work with Python and SQL for data analysis

- Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau / Metabase (or similar)

- Partner closely with Business, Product, and Operations teams

- Define KPIs, automate reporting, and improve business processes

- Analyze experiments, metrics, and business drivers to recommend actions

- Perform root-cause analysis and data-backed decision support

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Analytics / Business Analytics

- Current or recent startup experience (fast-growing environment mandatory)

- Strong hands-on Python & SQL

- Experience with databases/APIs (Mongo, Presto, REST, etc.)

- Dashboarding & visualization experience (Tableau / Metabase)

- Strong stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration experience

- Currently based in Bangalore only (no relocation)

- Must be available for face-to-face interviews

- Candidates from large MNCs or Big4 firms will NOT be considered

Education:

- Graduation in Math / Economics / Statistics / Engineering / Computer Science or any quantitative field
